I can't believe either after auto ID or manual VIN entry is made with DS708 .After I pull the codes and go to save the files in data manager .I am prompted to enter the VIN # again to save . Also the name of the last customer  saved before always comes up in the field and I have to delete the earlier customer's name one digit at a time by tapping on the Back Space(BS)repeatedly on the miniature on screen keyboard that always needs to be dragged out of the way to remove earlier customer name one letter at a time.    It's even more aggravating without a stylus when you are rushing and entering unintended things instead of removing letters. Seems like the past vin # clears the field tapping the( BS)once  , but the customer name of the file below vin has to be removed letter by letter tapping the( BS)key repeatedly.  Anyone know a way to fix or get around it. Maybe one key on the Mini Keyboard I don't know of will clear both fields?
